RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may easily send them back for a full refund (minus shipping cost, if applicable) or exchange. Returns must be made within 7-14 days of original purchase date. Returns received after 7-14 days will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) you return. Once the item has been worn, washed or the tags are removed, it cannot be returned. When returning items, please make sure the original tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including but not limited to sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair. Such returns do not meet our return policy. Please exam all clothing before removing tags, wearing and/or washing.
HOW TO RETURN:
We suggest that you return using a traceable carrier such as U.S. Postal Service Priorty mail, No. C.O.D. orders will be accepted. Please keep your original invoice and send a copy with your return.
Returns must be received within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. You are resonsible for the return postage. Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your returned package. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds may take up to a week to appear on your statement or in your account.
EXCHANGE: You are responsible for return postage. We will ship your exchange back to you free of charge (within the U.S. only). This offer applies to your first exchange only. All additional exchanges will be charged $5 for shipping. You can email us with the product name, size and color of your item of choice, so we can place it on hold for you. Items can often sell out before receiving your return.
